If this was a white person they would not be dead.

10:21 AM PT -- Jemel's mother, Beatrice Roberson, filed a lawsuit Monday morning against the police officer who killed her son.

In the suit, she says the shooting was unprovoked, unjustified and "excessive and unreasonable."

She's suing the officer as well as the Village of Midlothian, and she's demanding damages in excess of $1 million.A security guard who took down a man who opened fire in a bar was shot dead by a cop who responded to the 911 call.

Jemel Roberson was working security at Manny's Blue Room Bar Sunday at 4 AM in a Chicago suburb when several drunk patrons were ordered out. The guys left, came back with a gun and opened fire.

Roberson returned the fire and apprehended one of the men. Roberson placed his knee in the gunman's back and point a gun at him to stay still. An officer who responded to the 911 call fired at Roberson ... shooting him dead.

OMG.. He killed the security guy?????

I think there is more to the story, but whatevers. When you are brandishing a firearm, the police will more likely than not do their thing expeditiously, white or black.

Probably. Seems some shoot without identifying their target. It's something even the youngest of hunters are taught, but apparently not taught in police academies.

Some do, some don't. We had a police-involved shooting incident locally I think it was last year, but could have been early this year. It was a little contrived involving a motor vehicle, but I was actually surprised when the video was released at how extremely patient the police had been before even going to the zappity zap zap route and ultimately the pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop route after a firearm entered the equation on the deceased's side. They did give him about 5 seconds of profanity-laced drop the weapon before they did their thing though. They originally had him in his vehicle blocked in on a dead end street so he had no way out in the car and he tried to go off road in the car after ramming a police cruiser and then the car got stuck.

When was the last time he kneeled?

He has played you guys for suckers

He will never play football again and walked away with millions and convinced dupes like you to worship him

He has announced that this year he plans to donate $1 million, plus proceeds from his 2016 jersey sales, to organizations that work with oppressed communities. So far, his website has annotated gifts totaling $900,000 to more than a dozen different charities.
Kaepernick fully funds the Know Your Rights Camp, a free campaign for youth to raise awareness of higher education, self-empowerment and proper interaction with law enforcement.

More like the kop felt threatened?
Or he pointed the gun at the kop?
Or he was charging at the kop like a bull?
How about he thought it was a tazer?
Or perhaps he fit the description?

What more to the story would justify this kop killing a security guard?

"When you are brandishing a firearm" ..................….stop pretending this happens to white men brandishing a firearm.
