This is a story that should be all in the news and people should be very upset.

As it stands......seems like no one give a fuck.

Let's be real and call it what it really is...….WHITE PEOPLE decided long ago this stuff is no big deal...……..Blacks and other minorities have been marching against it for decades.

We need to stop acting like this is all of society and start holding the true culprits accountable.

I don't care about calling white people out. They are not perfect nor should they be spared feelings when one of their own does dirty .

They have no problem blaming society on Blacks.

It's way more than half.

Most whites don't even know they are racist. When I see them marching in the streets against these types of murders......then I'll re evaluate. So far, all I see is white people destroying this country and wearing their racism as a badge of honor.

You and your family are in the minority.

Blacks have been and still are lumped together.

LOL. Cops have shot and killed octogenarian white women in daylight on their own property because they had a gun. Stop pretending this is a blacks only issue.
 
Fascism is being promoted by Trump in America and the people are buying into it because Trump shows them how to hate minorities.

Read up a little on how Hitler led the German people in the exact same way. Only the minority that needed to be hated was different.

Typical. No, an incident that is different does not disprove the theme. Blacks are shot by cops for much more than whites. It is a serious problem that shows racism and disrespect, no matter if a white person got shot once.

Maybe you but saying your entire family is a stretch. Statistically, it's very unlikely but I'm also talking from a Canadian's standard and that could confuse. I'm delighted to have the opportunity of talking about it, at least until the moderators come to Americans' rescue. So we'll see?

apparently alot of you like to cry 'racism' without bothering to even look in to the issue on a basic level. As was discussed in another previous thread, Illinois law sucks when it comes to the right to bear arms for both citizens and armed security guards. What makes THIS particular situation worse is the owner of mannys blue room, nor Jemels employer, are copping to the fact that they broke the law by assigning/hiring an armed security guard for an establishment that has a 51% rule. In Illinois a number of hoops must be jumped through in order to obtain the necessary certifications to be an armed security guard, but the absolute restriction on armed security is that one cannot hire armed security in an establishment that makes 51% or more of its revenue off the sale of alcohol UNLESS that security is an off duty cop who is still in uniform. So, even to this 'cop hater', it can be reasonably assumed that a call of a person with a gun in an alcohol serving establishment can result in anyone NOT A COP will be immediately shot because said cop is reasonably justified in stopping a shooting incident.

This was tragic and a consequence of having a gun when police arrive at the scene of a 9-11 call shots fired. I find it saddening that the mother of this guy now wants to enrich herself from this tragedy.
