Correct, The requirements to become an ophthalmologist are the completion of four years of college, four years of medical school, and four to five years of additional specialized training. they are actual medical doctors. I don't think fauci has any more education but would have to look.
There isn't even a scientific point to wearing a mask pre-vaccination.
