I think Grind would be a much better choice than someone that nobody here knows, has shown up out of nowhere, and posted here for three days.

Whoever it is will have access to personal information.

I don't have a problem with that being grind. Someone who arrived out of nowhere and volunteered? Less comfortable.

I completely agree. I was offering to help, but I can understand the board being more comfortable with someone they know and trust.
