Right to bear arms!

It is stupid to presume that one does not have to comply with law enforcement commands; unless of course your some dumb black dude who has been duped by the Liberal media into thinking you don't have to....then you can run away, ignore commands and claim oppression.

Smarter than Few thinks if you disagree with what a cop asks you to do you can turn around and walk away then kill the cop if he tries to forcibly detain you.

DUMBERTHANMOST seldom thinks before he erupts.

He seems to think that if a cop makes a legitimate request of him he can deny and simply walk away. It proves two things. First, he believes that he should be able to do whatever he wants whenever he wants without anyone telling him no and secondly, that no request by a cop is legitimate.

Why should what the item is matter? Does it change the fact that you STOLE because it's something of someone else's you don't think makes much difference? That you tried to steal it is the ONLY thing that matters. There's an easy solution. Don't steal.

so then, you disagree with laws that have been passed by legislatures that qualify some property crimes as misdemeanors while others are high level felonies? that all theft crimes should allow summary execution?

/shrugs......I'm 64 years old and I have never been threatened by a policeman.....but then I have never held a gun in the presence of a police officer and sure as hell know that if I did and they told me to put it on the ground that I had better put it on the ground.......

so you've been a willing and able slave to the state for 64 years? sad.

So you are saying that as long as what the was STOLEN is of a monetary value that YOU consider low enough, the person from which it was STOLEN should accept it and move on?

The value of what someone steals from me is irrelevant. That they tried to STEAL is the ONLY factor that matters. I don't give a shit about the reason or excuse they have. I care only that they tried to STEAL something of mine that didn't belong to them.

If someone tried to steal something from you that I deemed is meaningless or not of enough value, would you let them steal it from you?

Oh, it's about the money?
that's what the state says, not me. THINK!!!!!!

You are free from unreasonable searches and seizures. What you aren't free to do at that time is make the determination whether or not it's reasonable and simply walk away if you disagree. What gives you the ability to determine whether the cop is wrong. The cop could be absolutely right and because you hate cops, or any authority for that matter, you'll automatically deem their actions to be wrong. Not how it works. Perhaps you should read the Constitution and not go by your anarchist mindset.

so, in your mindset, we the people are ignorant morons who need help tying our shoes and cops are super intelligent baby sitters who need to watch over us. got it.

It was you that brought up the money part.

So in your mindset, you can do whatever you want, whenever you want and no one can say anything to you about it? That's anarchy.

am I the legistlature? did I write the laws about that?

would a judge and jury agree with you if you killed someone over a $5 item?

you really should learn the laws. I am FREE to deny a request from a cop. i'm not free to deny a demand or lawful order from a cop. that doesn't make me an anarchist, but it certainly makes you a slave.

You didn't write the Constitution either but you've claimed it's your place to determine what it means. Now, you run from what you say you should be able to do.

The laws of my State agree with me and no monetary value is placed on the item being STOLEN.

Thanks for proving you justify stealing

you're familiar with the term 'we the people', right? just who do you think that is?

The laws of my State agree with me and no monetary value is placed on the item being STOLEN.
I look forward to reading about your murder trial someday.

Wrong. There IS a monetary value placed on an item and that's what differentiates between petit theft from grand theft.

If the cop, as part of his request, is doing something lawful, you can't deny that request. If he, as part of doing his job his job, REQUESTS your ID, you can't refuse and not face consequences.

Why didn't you say you wanted to play semantics?
