Kyle fired into the crowd, so he was an active shooter...someone else had fired their gun as well, but that had nothing to do with Kyle shooting into the crowd before they attempted to disarm him.

So you are saying Kyle panicked? Not much of self defense argument.
You do have to wonder about someone who kills someone in self defense that then hides the gun and doesn't turn himself in to the police when he encounters them. That looks like someone who knows they did something wrong.

I'd agree there. I'd also say that it would be damn hard to find a juror that would look at each person Rittenhouse shot as a separate incident exclusive of the others. This incident will be taken as a single one in which three persons came at Rittenhouse and that he in turn shot.

In those pictures he had already killed someone and was an active shooter. For self defense he should have turned himself into the police instead of shooting more people.
I doubt they will hold a rally and then attack the US Capitol simply because they are upset things didn't go their way.
So, he is illegally possessing a gun, he brings it to an area rife with racial tension, stays past curfew, then shoots a guy multiple times and runs away from the person he shot rather than dropping his weapon and calling 911. He then shoots TWO MORE PEOPLE who are trying to take the gun away from him after he already shot an unarmed person multiple times, including IN THE BACK.
Not sure how there aren't multiple crimes there. But I'm not a lawyer.

Of course the cops could hear the shooting, and they did NOTHING. In fact, it appears they tried to steer the protesters into the kill zone of this little fucking twerp.
