Ron Paul all over I - 95!

It is a part of the interstate highway system Damo. States must agree to the terms under the federal highway system. There could be a few exceptions here and there, but generally a basic set of rules associated with interstate highways exist. Limited access, No horses, signage rules, etc...
LOL. It doesn't get to the level of whether people can hang signs on overpasses. This is getting just ridiculous.

Not all the laws across the land are uniform, yet. I know the Dems are working toward that, but they just aren't, even in this.

Well of course not it would never get to the point of banning unapproved signs on the right of way now would it

No, it wouldn't. I do not believe that you have any evidence that Federal law requires them to have laws against signs.

I think that you are pulling that right out of thin air because you want to believe it is universally illegal everywhere to hang signs.

If anyone thinks that signs hanging on a freeway is in anyway indicative of a candidates popularity .. they've got a lot to learn about politics.

If somebody believes that this thread was about his popularity, then somebody didn't read the thread.

Still Illegal I think though.
Don't need any more distractions while putting on makeup, driving and chatting on the cell phone.
I didn't notice until the re-read...

I didn't realize you dressed like Giuliani! That must be hard in the area of the country in which you live....

And I thought you were quick witted :D

Umm dressing was not mentioned in the thread and they sell male makeup now :)
Was that daomesque enough ?

Ah, so he puts up a TV thing and that makes the whole thread about his popularity? Anyway, I watched the video and it is far more about his stances, what is different about him, than it is about his popularity. It even has him in interviews where people tell him directly that he isn't going to win. That would be hard to say it was about his "popularity". Although it ends powerfully talking about his stances and attacks on civil liberties.

That wasn't an argument for his popularity, it was a campaing ad.

Anyway, the post is like the freeway sign, it is just another spam. It certainly didn't change the conversation of the thread which has been more about the legality of placing signs on the highway than it has been about the Candidate himself.

Man, I realize you hate the guy and all, but denial about him winning the presidency in the upcoming election... sheesh!

Oh yes. I forgot. President Ron Paul is full of total win! You can't deny it, there are more threads about him than any other candidate, that is a sure sign of win!

Sign, sign, everywhere a sign
Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind

My comment was if anyone thinks signs are about popularity ...

There was absolutely nothing in that link about the legality of road signs .. which are illegal.

I know .. I must be warped when it is so abundantly clear that Paul is the next POTUS.

Heaven help me.

BAC, I now have a much deeper respect for you now that you have admitted you were jaded and have seen the light. Now we can focus on Libertarians and their evil approach to dominating the world by taking away welfare money and transitioning every child from a public school to a private school. We can focus on the charities we will need to create to keep dead people from piling up in the streets when we take away Social Security and ways to counter business men who come to buy your children.
