Hint: if neither the Air Force Research Labs (AFRL), the Navy Research Labs (NRL), the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM ARL) nor the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) is studying "climate", then it's not likely that anyone is.
