The OP is correct that "scientific facts" do not exist, but not because of whatever inane rambling explanation he gave.

To define our terms, 'science' is "a set of falsifiable theories" and 'fact' is "assumed predicate". There is nothing scientific about a fact. Once a fact is no longer assumed True/False, then it returns to being an argument. Facts are useful for speeding up conversations. Science is useful for gaining understanding about that which is falsifiable.

Facts are what verify or falsify belief and theory. There is no argument when it comes to fact, there is no agreeing or disagreeing with fact, there is only recognition of fact or ignorance towards fact. Truth is the garbage that crumbles when pit vs fact every single time.

Knowing fact, such as the successful formula for gun powder for example obviously lead to the process of a another successful formula called the cannon, just like harnessing electricity lead to computers etc. Science is a process that determines recognition of fact and of course using already recognized facts to verify or falsify belief and theory and any scientist with half a brain would use successful formulas which have become recognized as fact through the process of science to apply to the development for example of newer formulas.

What we have here is a complete lack of understanding what a 'fact' is, so I'll explain.

A 'fact' is nothing more than an assumed predicate. We use it like pronouns to shorten speech (and logic). The predicate is simply assumed to be True.

The moment that predicate is questioned, it is no longer a fact. It becomes an argument. Nothing about any fact makes it a proof of any kind or a Universal Truth.
