Should it be illegal to slap a girl on the butt?

Some people dress 'provocative' and encourage the action.

Here is a lesson your parents should have taught you when you were 12-14ish:

The following two statements are simultaneously true. 1) Women should not dress provocatively in public for the benefit of their safety and well-being. 2) Women have the right to dress provocatively in public (venue rules depending), and men have no right to touch without consent or to harm them.

You really should just enjoy the show, unless you're gay.

Yes. That is the woman's point of view. It's called 'selection'.
Depending on 'which' male does the 'touching', it may or may not be appropriate.
George Clooney always gets a smile and a giggle, Danny DeVito, not so much.

Does Danny do a lot of groping in that Philly bar he patrons?

It's illegal to fondle women, that includes slapping them on the butt. It's frequently been unenforced and many women don't do anything about it, like usually there's no evidence. But if you slap a reporter during a live broadcast what were you expecting.

This girl (a stranger) played with my crotch as I was shooting Pool one night. I didn't call the Cops, I didn't notify the Management, I understood it as a 'come on'. We ended up in bed, fucking. I fucked her, then pulled out and ejaculated, I returned to fucking her, and pulled out and ejaculated again, I again kept fucking her and ejaculated again. She must have had a Magic Vagina or something, that never happened to me before, or after. We hung out for a few days. She said she had 'inverted nipples' and always wanted the lights out. She called me her 'Nymph' to her girlfriend (that was a first). And asked me if I wanted to go to Las Cruces with her. For some reason, I didn't go.

Cypress. Sometimes, you have to roll the dice on these things. :)

I have the right to grab anyone's dick, vagina, or boobs because there's a possibility they might be into it.

This is called victim blaming. Should we wrap them in burquas to protect their honor?

What if YOU were a Male Reporter, and hundreds of women joggers ran past you and hammed it up for the Camera. And ... one of them slapped you on the butt.
1. Call the Cops.
2. Go to Court.
3. Smile ... and laugh?

"A brazen creep slapped a TV reporter’s behind as she reported live from a race in Georgia."
https://nypost.com/2019/12/08/jogger-slaps-georgia-tv-reporters-behind-live-on-air/

"WSAV-TV’s Alex Bozarjian was on air, with joggers mugging for the camera as they dashed past her at the Savannah Bridge Run 10K Saturday, when a man in a hat and sunglasses appeared to smack her as he ran past, video shows."

So it's A OK for guys to run around slapping women's asses regardless of how they feel about it? How fucking dimwitted are you?

Sexual Harassment

It is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that person’s sex. Harassment can include “sexual harassment” or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.

Harassment does not have to be of a sexual nature, however, and can include offensive remarks about a person’s sex. For example, it is illegal to harass a woman by making offensive comments about women in general.

Because you are an idiot; I dug this up for you:

Generally, international instruments define sexual harassment broadly as a form of violence against women and as discriminatory treatment, while national laws focus more closely on the illegal conduct. All definitions, however, are in agreement that the prohibited behavior is unwanted and causes harm to the victim. At the International level, the United Nations General Recommendation 19 to the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women defines sexual harassment as including:

such unwelcome sexually determined behavior as physical contact and advances, sexually colored remarks, showing pornography and sexual demands, whether by words or actions. Such conduct can be humiliating and may constitute a health and safety problem; it is discriminatory when the woman has reasonable ground to believe that her objection would disadvantage her in connection with her employment, including recruitment or promotion, or when it creates a hostile working environment.

THIS ... is why you are NOT getting laid, TD.

"“To the man who smacked my butt on live TV this morning: You violated, objectified, and embarrassed me,” Bozarjian tweeted later on Saturday, alongside footage of the on-air assault."

So, there she is, in her tight fitting pants, directing her butt at 500 men, as they jog past her, basically saying "Hello".
What was she expecting to happen?

It's like the women that wear the low cut blouse that exposes maximum cleavage, and then asks the man "Why are you looking at my tits?"

I don't know about a crime of sexual assault, but it was certainly an assault, an unwanted touching. I used run a few miles a few days a week in college, and for me I would get the runner high at about 2 miles, was never destined to be a long distance runner. I can see him in the runners high just giving her a slap like many men in sports do to other men. I seriously doubt he intentionally meant to assault her sexually or otherwise.

For this reporter to hang her hat on this to further her career that will most likely damage his is absurd. Hell, should I go after every aunt that pinched my butt growing up? This lady should be mature and accept his apology and let it go.

I loved watching her expression. :)

I do not want anyone touching me either without my consent unless they are family or close friends.

I am not afraid to hold doors for women. Context is everything and a respectful chivalry is far from dead in my experience. For that matter, I will hold doors for men. Being polite and respectful has never gone out of style.

If somebody gave you a good slapping that would be considered a public service, you're truly the most hypocritical hectoring and hubristic arsehole on here.
