Should people get a hearing before being deported? Due Process.

Everyone in the United States or territories governed by the US comes under the Constitution. So, yes, they should get Due Process, not a kangaroo court or less.
Yet you supported kangaroo courts against Trump, Sybil. You are now locked in another paradox.

Illegal aliens have no 'right of due process'. They broke the law. They are immediately subject to deportation. No hearing of any kind is required.

I did, and then we start talking about due process. I wonder if we can use the Obama model? Oh, yes we can, (wasn't that his slogan) The executive gets wide latitude with borders and immigration, including what that due process is. It's not judge libtard in DC, it's Pam Bondi's Federal Immagration Judge that glances at a sheet of paper and says deport, no hearing necessary in most cases, just like the Obama admin. Go check to see how Obama deported over 3 million.
It's rather ironic that they insist on 'due process' for illegal aliens (that already were convicted!), yet don't give any to Trump! For Trump, kangaroo courts, lawfare, even assassinations are completely acceptable to Democrats.

If Obama did it the way The Sleepy Felon is doing it, its wrong.
Did you just unearth your moral outrage now that Trump’s name is slapped on the border showdown? You didn’t blink when Obama was cramming folks into those pint-sized cages like lab rats or when thousands got the boot without a lawyer a hearing or your shrieking gaggle of woke nitwits wailing about democracy’s demise.

Fast forward to Biden’s four-year fiesta of flinging open the gates flying and bussing millions of unvetted illegals into every swing district and beyond misplacing 350000 kids like spare change and deliberately sparking a humanitarian trainwreck. State budgets are bleeding cities’ credit ratings are tanking debt’s skyrocketing schools hospitals and food stamps are bursting at the seams.

Trump lays out his no-surprise plan to clean up the mess and you dimwits still point at him like he’s the villain? Biden shredded his oath trampled the laws he swore to uphold and unleashed a 20-million-strong criminal conga line. Now you’re preaching every single one deserves a courtroom hug? You’re not just a joke you’re a walking punchline.

It's really sad that your mind is going, Terry. Has the Missus stuck you in a "home" yet? The question is unanswerable.

Doesn't that bother you?
Why did Trump kill the Immigration bill? Why hasn't Congress passed a new one? Why not beef up E-verify? Require it for all employees of businesses with over 100 employees? Apartment and other rental properties? Start locking up those businesses that hire, harbor and otherwise entice illegal immigration and overstaying visas?
Trump didn't "kill the immigration bill," the Democrats did by trying to make it more about amnesty and a path to citizenship for illegals than anything else.

Why not put laws in place that make being an illegal alien in the US difficult to impossible? Sure, go after employers that hire them, but also make it illegal to open a bank account, make a wire transfer--and make it a felony for someone to make one for you, to rent an apartment or buy a house, enter into a contract, use any public services other than emergency ones (after which you get deported) including our education system. Top that off with ending automatic citizenship for children of illegal parents born in the US.

If they can't get a job, can't make money, can't have anchor babies, won't get squat from government at any level, they'll leave for the most part.

Absolutely. Except for your wild claims about "leftists", when have I or anyone else advocated otherwise?

You're a man of facts. Let's see some facts, Terry. Specifics. Or you can just vent like a demented old man afraid of his future.

Do you agree our nation needs immigration reform? If so, in what form?
