Shrubbie and Maineman

What is your point anyway? We know weapons were destroyed in the decade before the 2nd Iraq war. bush's claim about going to war because of WMD was a lie.

If the weapons were gone, when were they gone..... whats with the Dem quotes in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002....?.....

So who else was lying ?....Wanna revise that list of 1 ?

Only one democrat in the famous list expressed absolute certainty. Expressing a personal opinion is not a lie. Stating that something is absolutly true and factual when there was no justification for making that factual statement... Now THAT is a lie.

Only if you know there was no justification for making that factual statement, otherwise, you're just wrong.

If the WMD were all destroyed prior to Kamel's death in 1996, (page 13), what was Clinton bombing in 1998, and what WMD were Democrats thinking were still in Iraq?

Post 399.

anyway christiefan....in my opinion, I believe Graham is being accredited with someone elses quote....a typo in the list....just as there MIGHT be a typo in
leaving Sen. Grahams name off the lettter as Snopes says....hes never claimed it shouldn't be there.

but the fact remains that many of the quotes are dated in Sept, Oct. of 2002 and then well after the vote on the War Resolution....that really is the point.
Not Mr. Graham....he had his doubts about the NIE and intell. presented and thus his vote....I can respect that.....
too bad he didn't convince the rest of his party to vote no.....or maybe they just didn't want to change their minds after all the whining they did
for the previous few years.....I wonder if Bill advised Hillary to vote YES ?

Nice conversation for a change....better than mincing word nuances with the Admiral, like children.

The "Bush Lied!" mantra has nearly religious overtones for the libs.

Forget that essentially every major intelligence agency from around Europe agreed with our intelligence, that the Democrat leadership agreed with it...

That is all immaterial. To them it was one man ultimately who lied.

It's irrational. It's idiotic. It's liberalism.

Poor Colin Powell, forever having to live with his UN testimony.

It was cooked!

Yeah, it was 'cooking' for the previous 6 years too wasn't it....you can't have it one way and not the other.....Dem. liars lying even in 2002, 2003 and voting
for war.....or did Bush the Genius out fox them with his magic control of the worlds intell.........embarrassing either way.

Lol, same song, different day, and willfully ignorant at that.

Good old Halliburton made over 35 billion on the Iraq, at least it was good for somebody!

They worked for Bill Clinton in Kosovo too. Made money there as well.

And Barry ain't kicked 'em outta Iraq yet.

"CLINTON! HALLIBURTON! OBAMA! HALLIBURTON!" ... ad infinitum.

Quite an amazing theory...

President Bush was able to get all of the major European intelligence agencies to cook their intelligence on Iraq to match ours...

... So that a company that his Vice President used to work for, had no ownership in, and only collected a pension from...

... could make money from a war based on that cooked intelligence...

Yeah, let's discuss "willful ignorance."
