You might as well establish the size of the coronavirus and the size of a Tyrannosaurus Rex. It would have as much relevance since the size of a Tyrannosaurus Rex does as much to stop the coronavirus as the size of openings in masks does.
The size of fibers in microns says nothing about the space between them.
They could be 1 micron apart or 2 inches apart. and the size of the fibers doesn't change.
