GM7175, the poster of this tread's initial post has been challenged. I've offered to answer each of his initial posts' 5 questions one at a time. But only if GM7175 will choose to re-post them one at a time. I have no intention of chasing GM7175 hopping and jumping back and forth among those 5 foolish items. We deal with them one at a time. If GM7175 sincerely seeks answers, he'd choose the sequential order of the discussions.
