Trump is an egomaniac. He respects and likes nobody. He just uses them and as you see what he does to his cabinet, discards them when they don't have a use to him. he treats everyone like an unimportant underling. He used Ivanka and Jared because he trusts them to keep quiet. Loyalty is the first item on the Trump job requirements. He follows mafia guidelines.

I do not believe that is true of President Obama. He was called an elite, but remains popular and has a record of championing rights and assistance the under-advantaged.

When considering what LBJ said about black people, I seriously doubt this distinction you're making is true.

Also, the pandering that many on the left do towards black people (like Hillary and AOC affecting a "black" accent) is pretty insulting. Sadly, a lot of people either overlook this or just make excuses for it.

It would be easier to name the ones who aren't. Nearly every major Democrat is beholden to multinational corporate donors. To be fair, nearly every major Republican is as well.

Obama probably thinks highly of the average black person. Not so much regarding the average person of any other race, however....

To be fair though, multiple studies (including the ANES one) have shown that black people do tend to have a higher amount of ingroup bias than other races, so I can't hold this completely against him. His perspective is largely a product of his culture.
