Most people are obviously not that concerned... The charges had no merit... And eventually it will be overturned... If you ans orhers think he's a bad guy and you want everybody to "know" about it... Daniel Penny being charged is another example of how corrupt the system is... Good point... That judge didn't tell the jury what and how to decide the case, however...

I predict right now, it will not be overturned, a jury’s decision is very hard to overturn, unless there were procedural errors or new compelling evidence is introduced. Judge Merchan was very thorough and more than fair.

This conviction will stand. He is a felon.
