So, Pobre, you admit he was not convicted of rape.

You could have just said so first.
 
What difference does it make? There was no merit to the charges... History will only see this as a failure of the New York Justice system...and "Merchant"...lol So no effect on President Trump being able to carry out his duties... I don't think he's going to have to worry about disclosing that he's a felon on application for a loan...lol

He wasn't convicted of anything in a civil trial.
He was found liable for an act that I consider rape and almost everyone would consider rape except for people like you. Did you tell the women in your life you are OK if they are raped? How did they respond? Did they hug you and thank you for your support?

A jury decided his fate and Judge Merchan went easy on him.
