And here's a thought....shouldn't this woman sue the hospital for breach of doctor/patient confidentiality? The article says someone blew the whistle on her. Does Texas throw such confidentiality out the window for religious zealotry?

And why isn't the guy who knocked her up held accountable for an unwanted pregnancy? What's his story?

Note he has nothing to say about who in America are the majority recipients of welfare, but he's johnny on the spot about black folk and abortions (2% higher in Texas, 5% higher nationwide). Years ago, the Republicans stated that pregnant women would not be the ones arrested for abortions, it would be the doctors. Now it is the women they are going after. This is going to be harder for them to sell.
