Semolina comes from wheat
I was never a fan of Survivor either, although "Burning Heart" and "I Can't Hold Back" are listenable. Without a doubt, Journey, Kansas and Styy (to name a few) were far better.
Da fuq is Styy?

Oh, ok.
THIS is one of a few songs I still like by Styx. Thanks for the post. And sorry for insinuating that you were ball-less. Barry Obama was and still IS ball-less, however.
Obviously, by the way he sits.
What if Albert King and Jimi Hendrix once upon a time influenced a guitar player? SRV
Huh. I'm a millennial guitarist who's met EVH several times and even talk to his son on social media sometimes. But I guess I'm not allowed to post a "cool rock song" because of my age or whatever.

Oops, I misread this post the first time I read it. But I bet Barry DOES sit TO piss. And you're correct, by the way he sits, he CAN'T have too much nad action going on there.Obviously, by the way he sits.
Post what you want to if it's rock. If it sucks I shall taunt you!
I REALLY liked Styx back in the day. Now I can only tolerate listening to a few of their songs. Remember "Mr. Roboto"? Pure rubbish.
Well, going by rock and not metal I have a couple. This is one.
Best lyrics!
Jimmy Webb had to have been high when he wrote it.
1) LED ZEPPELIN - STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN
It had to be this, right? Being "banned in guitar shops" doesn't alter the fact that this epic from Zep's fourth album is undeniably better than ANY other song because it somehow manages to cram pretty much every single rock genre into one sprawling eight minute slice of brilliance. Oh, and don't forget THAT guitar solo...
It's worth noting that 'Stairway' picked up 15% of all the votes cast - more than twice that of its nearest rival.

Although not necessarily my favorite as it's been overplayed but still ...
I'm more of a prog rock fan.
The most beautiful song by a group (for my tastes) is...
This live version is better than the studio one.
