The word is "affect" and Hillary was talking sour grapes to no effect whatsoever about someone else's election or anything else. Democrats had big leads in the polls going into the 2020 election.

He's like the rest of them. They've bought into the idea that Hillary saying she was cheated but conceding is not materially different from Trump saying he was cheated, not conceding and unlawfully attacking his election loss both civilly and criminally.
