The Blue Wave Was A Nasal Drip

The Blue Wave Was A Big Bloody Nose For The Red

.....the most notable being Texas' Board of Education, which now has a Democratic majority.

Texas State Board of Education before 2018 Election: 10 Republicans and 5 Democrats
Texas State Board of Education after 2018 Election: 10 Republicans and 5 Democrats

You induct them. Only the club president can do that. :D

Nope, sure not, turdlicker.

I merely identify which of you RW illiterate fucktards who can’t differentiate between an adjective and a noun. The list is continually growing as the stupid fucks demonstrate their ignorance.

The marginal literacy of the RW asswipes on this forum is quite pathetic. But, it does go hand in hand with their general knowledge base.

You're correct. I misread a headline.

At least my member did not run for reelection--he was an idiot. The State School Board is mostly just symbolic and local districts are not really bound by their text choices or curriculum

Are you going to continue to open Blue-Wave threads?

What is this- you're 3rd now?

If you haven't realized the power this idiot president lost as a result of the Democrats winning the House back, we will be glad to show you the minute the House resumes and restores order.

Trump cannot hide behind Paul Ryan's skirt any longer! The dick-sucking and goober-smooching sounds you have been hearing for the last 2 years is over- done- notta- ain't-a-gonna-happen anymore!

What and when were the other "blue wave" threads posted by me? I must have forgotten them old friend. Just exactly how much "power" do you believe the socialist now have by holding the House by a slim measure? Oh yeah, do you know what the new socialist House is going to present as their "healthcare plan" that they supposedly ran and got elected on? I'll wait!

Too bad so many incumbent Republicans bought into the notion of a blue wave and retired. If they had stayed in, the power of the incumbency almost certainly would have allowed them to keep the House.
They didn't retire. They cashed in after getting the tax cuts passed. They'll all be earning six figures in the private sector, while the taxpayer ponies up for their retirement in perpetuity.

They would have lost anyway. Dems will have gained almost 40 seats when this is done, along with 7 gubernatorial seats and 7 state houses.

Nasal drip indeed.

The big issue is the oversight of the trumpco cabinet and their profiteering.

Trump was furious when he started that presser. He was angry because some Repubs did not kiss the ring. And, like no president in history, he enumerated them claiming if they kissed up to him, they would have won. What about all those who did that lost? Ask Kobach how well kissing and hugging Daffy worked. Here is Maddow delineating what Trump actually accomplished.

That's funny, I don't care who ya are! Trump had massive Republican retirements and boosted many, Republicans over the finish line that otherwise would have likely lost. The fellow is a tireless energizer bunny. Obama's ass was dragging after less than 1/3 of the campaigning that Trump did and he was losing his voice, while Trump just got louder and more energized.

Maddow is a Democrat propagandist. It's nice that you enjoy the propaganda so much. No wonder your every post is political comedy.

So far, 31 House seats flipped from red to blue, with 9 more races still counting. Dems are ahead in 4, and within 1-2% in the other 5.

350 State Legislative Seats flipped (+ the 40 or so that flipped between 2016 and today)

7 state chambers flipped from red to blue including both chambers in New Hampshire.

GOP lost super-majorities in key battleground states Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.

Democrats gained super-majorities in a handful of states

Democrats gained unified control of government in at least 3 states, and now fully control 13.

7 Democrats won governor races, with two more heading to recount/runoff

Nearly every single Democratic-supported ballot measure passed, including restoring voting rights to 40% of African-American males in Florida, Medicaid expansion, legal weed, and minimum wage increases.

Down-ticket, Democrats wiped out Republicans in state official races and judgeships, the most notable being Texas' Board of Education, which now has a Democratic majority.

And Trump picked up seats in the Senate and Ruth B. Ginsburg just fell and damned near killed herself. No matter how ya cut it Trump Republicans picked up the Supreme Court and lower courts as far as your leftist eyes can see. Them's lifetime jobs, ya know? There's 4 elements to the federal government, The House, The Senate, The Presidency and the Courts and the right-wingers hold 3 of em, and you're applauding a small majority in just one. That's funny I don't care who ya are!

Dems picked up the most seats they have since Watergate. It was bigly.

I'll never be surprised that you can make a blue wave out of a nasal drip. I can only imagine if the party names in the entire election were the opposite of what they really are what your opinion of it would be. Actually, if you look at it all old friend logically, you'd notice that Trump just picked up the Supreme Court and lower courts for as far as your leftist eyes can see or imagine. He can appoint a shitload of Judges in 2 more years And old Ruth is on her last legs. Y'all better hope she can hold out for two more years or 6 more years if Trump wins again and holds the Senate. All ain't as bright as you thought in leftyville is it old friend?

Well, it looks like to me that the Democrat’s predicted blue wave turned out to be nothing more than a blue blur tinged nasal drip. Yeah I know they did take a small majority in the House. They couldn’t find much to run on since the Trump economy, jobs and GDP growth numbers are out of sight up. So the left only found a single issue to bribe their base voters with, “healthcare.” Their other tactic was to ratchet up to a frenzy the Trump hatred. It got them the House of representatives. Now they gotta produce with a healthcare plan that none of their candidates ever bothered to explain during the campaign. The only thing I saw from them was to promote “Medicare for all” plan developed by the socialist Bernie Sanders. It will be interesting to see if they are able to pass that legislation out of the House.

Here’s what some net surfing produced for me about Medicare for all.

“A new study out Monday from George Mason University's Mercatus Center finds that Sanders plan would add $32.6 trillion to federal spending in its first 10 years, with costs steadily rising from there. That closely matches other studies — 1. including one by the liberal Urban Institute — that looked at Sanders' plan.”

I have a strong suspicion that healthcare will go on the back burner under Democrats control of the House and all front burners will be jacked up to high, high for more and more investigations into everything Trump. They’ll spend the next two years passing articles of impeachment and contriving every kind of accusation of a criminal Trump, his taxes, his business practices, his children’s business practices and taxes, sexual accusations and Trump hatred on steroids. I think Democrats are still obsessed with Trump beating Hillary and his great economy and they’ve been looking for some pay back for the Benghazi investigations pursued by the Republicans.

Stand by folks, the circus is about to begin in January!

Don't worry, there's a 100 new Women who can provide some Mothering ...

And Trump picked up seats in the Senate and Ruth B. Goldburg just fell and damned near killed herself. No matter how ya cut it Trump Republicans picked up the Supreme Court and lower courts as far as your leftist eyes can see. Them's lifetime jobs, ya know? Nothing is permanent. There are mechanisms in our democracy to remove corrupt judges from the bench, or judges who were appointed by corrupt officials. It's happened before, it'll happen again.

Also, there's nothing stopping Democrats from packing the courts if they get a majority. Nowhere is it written that SCOTUS has to be 9 members.

Do you even know the correct name of that Supreme Court justice with a first name of Ruth?
Ignorance is your specialty.
