I have no idea why you would complain about the House of Reps being used as an investigative and oversight body. You undoubtedly stood on the sidelines cheering as the GOP controlled House relentlessly investigated Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton over the course of three decades - even after their chairman admitted they were investigating Hillary for partisan reasons to drive down her poll numbers.

So you really have no room to complain, eh?

What makes you believe I'm complaining? I never complain, I just observe and report the truth. If there's any corruption anywhere in government I support the rooting it out and jailing the perpetrators no matter the political party. I despise all political parties. I support all investigations produced with REAL evidence of wrong doing. Hillary and the Obama Justice Department and FBI belong in jail. The evidence of their criminality is overwhelming. Thus far I've seen no evidence likewise about the Republicans or Trump.

The reason I think a Democratic House of Representatives is important and necessary:

-Restores a true constitutional check on an incompetent and popular vote-losing President.

The "popular vote" isn't how America's Presidents are elected. If you believe you're smarter than America's founders, then you should go start your own country.

-Telegraphs to our friends and allies around the world that Trumpism is being rejected by the majority of American voters.

On the contrary! Trump's favorable are growing in the face of fake leftist Trump Trashing News and a Democrat Party hell bent on undermining an American President.

-And perhaps most importantly, it demonstrates to ourselves and to the world that democracy still functions in this country - that the institutions of government actually represent the will of the people.

"The will of the people," so-called "democracy" is often nothing short of mob rule. That's why our founders gave us a Constitutional Republic. You should notice some time that no representative of the people in America is sworn by oath to preserve, protect and defend the will of the majority of the people. They're all sworn to preserve, protect and defend "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES!!!!!"

That last point is especially important because we have lived with two decades of government controlled by the minority, as the GOP has continually lost the national popular vote, and has relentlessly used gerrymandering and voter suppression to ensure their stranglehold on the government even as most Americans vote against the Republican Party;

Democrats in power never gerrymander, right? That's funny, I don't care who ya are! Only the leftist fear voter ID because they're totally aware that Democrats are the highest capacity party of illegal voter registrations. If most Americans vote against the Republican Party, how come Republicans hold the majority in national Governorships, most State Assemblies and the United States Senate?

I hope you don't have guns, you are nuts. The economy is on the same trajectory that it was one when Obama turned it over.Trump has nothing to do with it. Hillary was investigated by the Repubs about a dozen times. They found her innocent and they are as partisan as is possible. I of course know why lifetime highly respected FBI agents should be in jai. They don't think Trump should be doing crimes. You should be a cellmate of the bomber who could not make a bomb work. He is shaky too.
