The Constitution does not confer rights you mentally unstable dumbass.
The Constitution confers the right to a speedy trial and impartial trial, confront witnesses against you, compulsory process to obtain witnesses, and assistance of counsel. It also guarantees the right to trial by jury and no double jeopardy, no excessive bail and no cruel and unusual punishment.
I don't think God gave us the right to trial by jury or a speedy trial. Only the government can guarantee these procedural rights.
This. God is not mentioned in the Constitution.
