Faggot, I know the Dems have asked the IRS for Trump's returns, and that's not the issue here. For someone who calls other stupid, you shouldn't be asking so stupid yourself. If you weren't a fcking moron, you'd explain why the 4th Amendment doesn't protect Trump's privacy.

You are unable to understand. Not congress. It is Ways and Means. They alone have the power to demand tax records for any citizen. They are not going to put them out in public. They are not permitted to do that. They can use them for investigative purposes. They are not even slightly involved in Trump's privacy issues. They demanded Nixons and they were turned over, He too claimed he was an audit. Unlike Trump, he actually was. But it means nothing to W&Ms. Nixon was caught tax cheating.
The IRS simply has to turn them over to the chairman upon written request. They wrote a request. There is no grounds for dispute.

I simply believe that the law is the Constitution, not the partisan biased scribbling of politicians on taxpayer's paper. Trump's tax returns, like yours and everybody's is nicely protected by the 4th amendment until "PROBABLE CAUSE" is shown and confirmed to be observed & investigated by a third party. Congress has no constitutional authority to change or violate any part of our Constitution without going through a successful constitutional amendment process, (see article 5).

Congress can only make laws that are "NECESSARY" & "PROPER." Where is the "NECESSITY" for seeing Donald Trump's tax returns? Where is the "PROPER PROBABLE CAUSE?"

The congressional letter to the IRS gives a couple reasons, which Democrats would argue is "necessary" and "proper", but none of those reasons involve suspecting Trump of a crime. I expect this to go to court, with the jewed judges ruling against Trump and the Supreme Court going 5-4 in favor of trump (as 4 judges are totally jewed, including the lead Jew RBG, but the other judges to various degrees do support the Constitution).
