To be honest Canada was watching your last government shutdown in shock. We couldn't believe you almost went a full month without paying airport security. Canadians wouldn't put up with that kind of crap.

Actually they did. They gave the power of the purse to the House. All financial bills must originate in the house. If Trump wants to waste billions, he has to get congress to approve it. However,Trump casually declared a national emergency and decided to build a wall in the southern deserts. That is the escape he has and he used it. Trump does not respect the separation of powers.
The House kept Trump from having a military parade on the 4th. A few million more he wanted to waste on a vanity project that he thought would help his election.

Actually building a wall saves money. Illegal immigration is costing the US billions a year. A $25 billion dollar wall that last 200 years, would be $125 million per year.

That's worth stopping the drugs going to the United States, and the guns going to Mexico. My only issue is not having Mexico pay for 50% of the wall. Maybe it would be a good idea to have 2 walls, and have a patrol zone in the middle.
 
Instead of a wall. There should be two fences with a 500 foot gap in the middle. Build a road in the middle and patrol it. The fences should be at least 20 feet high.
 
Hungary has the best border security, and it's very cost effective... You need a strong deterrent. Anyone who tries climbing the fence should be shot. That's a lot cheaper than spending $700 a day too house illegal idiots.

Wrong. Over 90 percent of drugs and illegals come in through the existing ports of entry. The drug business is way too big to depend on people carrying them through the desert by foot. Chapo described his operation in his trial explaining that they are trucked in, flown on and even use submarines to ship them. Trump wants to spend a ton attacking what is not the problem. But it appears that he is doing something to rightys.
The same for illegals. They are trucked over. You will note that the caravans Trump cried about ended in them presenting themselves to border guards to try and get a legal process started.

First of all those numbers are liberal propaganda. I don't think you realize how cheap a border wall is. 2 month of US defense will pay for the entire border wall. A wall that could last for 200 years. Any fiscal-conservative thinks a wall is a great idea. It cost $700 a day to house an illegal immigrant. That's the waste of money. It will actually be great for US and Mexico relations, to get the guns and drugs reduced. Building a wall is great for race relations.

When there is less MS13 breaking into Phoenix Subdivisions.... White people will back off their hatred.

I think Canada should spend 1.5 million on a border fence.

The Democrats are a very corrupt party. They want those illegal immigrants for votes.
