The simple fact is they think Big Gov't should dictate both Speech and Association and they are the only one looking to use big gov't to do so. If the left did same you guys would lose your shit.

A 'fact' is simply an assumed predicate. It's a shortcut in language, nothing more.
For example: It is a generally accepted fact that Hobbits have hairy toes. Using this fact, we can argue that their feet are warmer in cold climates.

The moment someone disagrees with that predicate, it is no longer a fact. it is an argument.

Leftists think 'fact' means 'Universal Truth' or 'proof'. Remember, these people do not know the English language. They only know the Liberal language. It looks like English at first glance, but words in Liberal have no meaning or shifting meanings.

People are defending the obvious--privately owned newspapers can publish or not publish whatever syndicated material that they wish.

My consternation about this entire issue pertains to this:

everybody wants to claim that a racist cartoonist got his just deserts, but I'm the only one who has shown any concern
for the people who enjoyed and will miss the cartoon itself.

Their feelings are just as important as those of the hypersensitive people who are offended by an obscure video that few people actually saw.
