Yes which is what i have been saying constantly, so thank you for agreeing with me.

What Ron DeSantis and Trump continually try to do is use the gov't to impose consequences on and to shut down free speech and free association.

If a Social media company, cruise line or Disney or a local diner in Florida wants to say no shirts, no shoes, no service, or no mask no service, or say XYZ and we will ban you, ...that is their free speech and free association right. The customer can tell them to go fuck it and spend their dollars elsewhere as a consequence. But if gov't jumps in and says you must serve them or you must let them say XYZ that is NOT free speech or association. It is gov't fascism. That is what Trump and DeSantis push, fascism.

A lobbyist gets paid, yes, for promoting -- to govt. officials -- the POV of their employer or a legislative request. That is not at all the same as someone who writes a blog article about how wonderful Gov. DeSatan is and what a great idea he had to spend taxpayer money to go to Texas, find some processed asylum-seekers, and fly them to Marthas Vineyard. Or someone else who writes in her blog what a POS he was for doing that.

Which blogger do you think they're targeting here?

I think ThatOwlCoward is being totally dishonest, as usual, so I mentioned that she did not post in this thread the part of the bill that she claims accomplishes this.

In a very dim-witted way, you posted a link to the text of the entire bill, inviting me to search for text that I know doesn't exist.

So I throw it back at you and ask you to post the section of the bill that forces bloggers into lobbyist regulation.

You then bitch and moan and whine and gripe and throw your little temper tantrum that I'm somehow too lazy to cover for your dishonesty.

Conclusion:

Post the text of the bill of which you speak in this thread or acknowledge that ThatOwlCoward is once again pulling shit out of her mouth.
