The James scandal just keeps on giving

It’s beginning to look like she didn’t buy the house as a secondary residence nor even as rental property.
She bought it to harbor a fugitive. Wow!
The bank fraud allegation may be the least of her concerns.
You have to prove she knew of her grandniece’s legal situation first.

I notice that James' defenders on the Left here are studiously ignoring this thread.
Here’s how it works, bitch.

This “fugitive” violated a misdemeanor probation. Not even an offense worth the authority’s time to bring her back. They don’t even refer to her as a fugitive. Absconder is the term

Then, James would have to know her grandniece’s legal situation to be harboring her “absconder”.

Let’s see it, bitch.

The legal double standard by race, gender and orientation will get allot worse before it gets better.

America has become an addict to Identity Politics. Like any addict, we will have to hit rock bottom, before we have that moment of decision.

I pray the 14th Amendment Equal protection clause wins in that moment.

That's interesting when you actually look at the documents, it shows you to be lying. She has no felonies and only 3 misdemeanors.

“Ms. Thompson was sentenced to probation for misdemeanor convictions for assault and battery and trespassing, and has willfully avoided probation supervision,” Keith Acree from the North Carolina Department of Corrections told the Daily Mail.

“An absconder is considered a fugitive. Thompson faces arrest if she is located in North Carolina,” Acree added, saying that her crimes were considered low-level and thus, “non-extraditable.”

Why do you feel the need to lie about actual facts so much T.A?
A variant of the trivial objection fallacy. Here you focus on a single word to try and negate the overall concept / thesis presented. It is just a pedantic argument to try and salvage a position thoroughly demolished.

Oh, so your defense of her is that her crimes aren't worth the justice system's time and should just be ignored. Got it. Then maybe we should just take them off the books entirely since you think they aren't worth enforcing.

No charges for harboring have been filed against James as of October 19, 2025, but media and commentators have speculated on the issue.

I’m not defending anyone or anything, idiot. The justice system itself decided it was such low level that it wasn’t worth the effort to extradite her.

Don’t you even read the fucking articles you cite, Festus?

He’s a Trump cultist. Lying is as natural to them as breathing.

Oh, so now it's a matter of an irrelevant appeal to time. Oh, it happened a long time ago... Still comes back to you wanting to ignore her criminal acts. Which other criminal acts should we ignore?
You didn’t even read your own citation. That’s a common problem for you.

What a fucking clown.

Get a fucking literate 10 year old to read and interpret it for you, illiterate fuck.

Talk about collapse of a case: from criminal fraud to living in the same house with a relative who committed a misdemeanor.

Defending your lies? Ahh.. isn't that cute?
Calling them felonies when they were misdemeanors isn't just a single word. Trying to claim it is a single word shows how deep you are in your cult.

Nakia Thompson has been charged with multiple felonies. Based on court records and reports, she faced several felony charges in Virginia and North Carolina, including:
  • Grand larceny (a felony) in August 2019 in Chesapeake, Virginia, to which she pleaded guilty and received two years of probation.
  • Petit larceny (classified as a felony in this case), also from the 2019 incident, with a guilty plea and the same sentence.
  • Possession of burglary tools (a felony) in the same 2019 case, though this charge was later dropped.
  • Malicious conduct by a prisoner (a felony) from a 2011 arrest in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, along with related charges like assault on a government official and resisting a public officer.
She also has a history of other convictions, such as contributing to the delinquency of a minor and abuse of a child, and is currently wanted as an absconder in North Carolina for violating probation terms.
There you go again. Relying on some AI instead of actually looking up the records. Want to bet your AI got it wrong again just like it did with names of Congressional members not sworn in during a shutdown?

If you think so, prove it.
