actually that is your game. He has said countless times that he did not discount her testimony or say it was false... and he didn't. What he did say was that when looking at everyone's testimony together (which you have to do if you are a juror) that there was too much conflicting testimony to not have a reasonable doubt.

But you will continue to lie about what he said. It is quite funny that even when you posted his exact words, you still only saw what you wanted to see. again, it is like words mean different things to you in that fantasy hate filled world you live in.

How about YOU show where the above says her testimony was false? Show us where the above says he is ignoring her testimony. Can you do that Desh? You continue to proclaim that is what he did. Show us.

Actually Desh, she testified that she her a fight. She testified that she didn't know who hit who. I don't think you even heard any of her testimony... or at least not all of it.

FYI Desh... she was on the phone. There was no possible way for her to know who hit who first/second etc... unless someone was calling a play by play into the phone.

And under cross examination, the defense attorney pulled out the transcript of her affidavit. In which she stated she didn't know who was saying it. She then recanted her testimony that she gave to the prosecution. You see Desh, you have to actually listen or read ALL of the testimony. Not just what she said to the prosecution. The prosecution who she has since stated, told her to change her story. (which again begs the question what the fuck was the prosecution doing... they knew the defense would catch shit like that)

that is a lie... she did not say she heard 'zimmy rushing trayvon'... she said the next thing she heard was a thump in the chest/headset.

Why do you keep making shit up?
