Laws against sexual perversion is not fascism. He removed Disney's special status, making the same as any other business in Florida, following the 14th amendment. He is not preventing Disney from saying what it wants.

The 1st amendment is not a right. Rights do not come from a constitution. That is not their purpose. The 1st amendment does not apply to States. DeSantis is not preventing anyone from speaking out the way they wish. Outlawing sexual perversions is not fascism or preventing speech in any way.

Uh dude, The Trump Admin was Republican, DeSantis is Republican. They TOO ordered shut downs at points. It was not just a Dem thing as you are now lying. Both parties did it.

You are trying to deny an easily provable fact because you are painfully stupid. If DeSantis changed his stance LATER, that does not mean he did not do it prior.
