My wife (a 2016 Trump voter) just convinced her daughter in law to go and vote for Biden tomorrow. Her son supports Trump, but he says he won't bother to waste his time. This is why Biden will win. The vote for Biden and the Trump vote that stays at home are Georgia votes. I think this is going to get ugly fast for Trump.
No, they have not been off any more than they have ever been. Which is about 80% accurate in picking the winner of a race. They did that in 2016, they did it in 2018, and they will do it in 2020.

Note that 3% could mean a 6% swing. If Biden is ahead by 8% good, if only 5% then he could still lose. Same for Trump.
