Joe has a good strategy & it seems to be working well.

trump has failed @ many attempts to label him as he has others & Biden has avoided getting into the gutter w/ him, which he really needs to run his game.

He is stuck on hunter as his last bastion (of a scoundrel) & he gave up on the virus...... The supposed president, the wannabe leader is giving up w/ two hundred & a quarter thousand Americans dead...

His opinion. or so be believes, will suffice in place of facts & you must also appreciate it, eventhough it is meaningless, or wrong, or stupid &/or simply unproven..

The election is on the horizon & everyone has a lot to say. If you value your time it could be better spent reading & engaging others better informed & able to articulate a coherent response..

That assumes that the judges will rule on party politics and pressure. They have nothing to fear. They get lifetime appointments. McConnel did tell Trump to appoint Fedralist society picks. They track them very closely from law school onward to make sure they will not stray. But even that is no guarantee.
