What CDC said about masks is you are wearing it to help protect others in case you have the virus and are asymptomatic or don't yet have symptoms. The virus doesn't come out on it's own. It is usually attached to the aerosols you are breathing out.

Agreed that masks used by the public are only good enough to minimize spreading the disease, not prevent a person from getting it themselves. That's why wearing a mask is a common courtesy like zipping up one's pants, avoiding heavy petting in public and not taking a shit in the middle of the street.

There is no "model N95 CDC" mask. N95 is a designation that designates whether a mask has meet the standard of blocking 95% of particles. I have been using N95 masks off and on for decades. I have also been using them properly since part of my job in the past has been teaching OSHA required respirator training.

Really? When did I say it was as deadly as Ebola. By the way Ebola is a body fluid pathogen so it is transmitted quite differently from a coronavirus. No member of the CDC would go into a room where someone is being treated for Covid -19 wearing just an N95 mask. Now you are just being stupid.

If he doesn't win those 2 states then he has to win all the other battleground states of which he is currently polling down by 3 in AZ and WI and about tied in NC. Down by 7 or so in NV. The latest polling also has Trump down by about 3 in FL.

IN FACT: Trump's approval numbers are at their highest....EVER, and those numbers are better than the two past incumbent POTUSES.....at this point in their presidency before being re-elected to a 2nd term. He won with numbers in the high 30s in 2016.

Gallup recorded these numbers 2x...….once while Trump was being impeached (attempted impeachment....found innocent in Senate)….then again just recently, May 16, 2020.

WOW, I dont often find people who have a realistic idea of the JackPot we are in.

My age and health mean that there is no chance that I will see the end of this Dark Age that we are in, though I did first hear about it in 1994 and I knew that we were in it by 2009, so I was able to warn my kids....I feel good about that.

1. It could be a 'Wake Up' call for many who think 'Life is a Game', rather than 'Life is Survival of the Fittest'.
2. It may force even the most ardent 'Open Border' proponent to rethink his position.
3. It may force a conversation about the 'Haves and the Have-Nots'.
4. It may force acceleration of the 'Automation of Production' and the question of 'Excess People'.

Apparently......I know more than you because I choose to stay well informed by actually paying attention to THOSE WHO know: Dr. FAUCI details the fact that NO MASK can stop the Coronavirus such as SARS 1 or SARS 2. A mask is used by physicians to stop spreading their own possible BACTERIAL pathogens to their SICK PATIENTS. Masks "might make you fell better.....but NO MASK is completely effective against microscopic pathogens such as COVID 19

Compare the factual data evidences from 2 opposing leaders. Compare the effectiveness from Cuomo with the effectiveness from a leader like the Governor of Fla. Cuomo killed 10s of thousands.....unnecessarily...…..while DESANTIS saved 10s of thousands with the proper leadership. 22 Million population in Fla. 19.5 NY total population. Fla. number of coronavirus deaths...less than 2144. NY number of coronavirus deaths to date......28,000.

Here is the kicker: The number of elderly living in NY compared to the number of elderly living in Fla. NY 3.2 million citizens over the age of 65. Fla. 4.3 million citizens over the age of 65......yet NY's death toll makes Fla. total death toll look like a BB rolling down an interstate highway. The real question here.....why did Cuomo gather up all the elderly that were already sick with the bug and place them with the very people that are most likely to die from the bug...…….people over 65?

You should really be embarrassed but I'm sure you won't be because you believe what you write. Masks are used by physicians to protect patients but to also protect themselves in the case of communicable diseases. Medical workers also wash their hands to protect patients but also to protect themselves. If you bothered to comprehend what Fauci said, he is talking about masks other than N95 and those masks not being used properly because of facial touching. Even with wearing the mask properly, there is a reason it has the 95 designation.

That would seem to be your problem. Correlation does not equal causation. Nor do current conditions today mean they will be the same tomorrow. NY is past it's peak. Fl hasn't hit it yet. Fl also seems to be hiding deaths by not counting deaths among the elderly that winter in Florida when they decided to only include Florida residents in the totals. Time will tell with Florida. We can hope you are right but unfortunately wishful thinking doesn't stop a virus. Masks are more effective.
 
My latest fear of this virus, is I expect to hear that the damn thing can be spread by mosquitoes or fleas or something and passed on to dogs.

We are all doomed if that becomes the case!
