It's now been five months since the last post in this thread was made. I'm just wondering if, during this time, any leftist has come up with an honest answer to the question that IBDaMann asked in his opening post.
As far as I can tell, the fetus that is growing/developing inside of its human mother's womb is likewise human. What species would the fetus be other than human? IOW, has any human mother ever given birth to, say, a dog or a cat? Therefore, it seems obvious to me that the species of the fetus is human.
Also, as far as I am aware, no fauna with a heartbeat has ever been considered "dead", and the first thing that any competent medical professional does upon encountering a human of unknown living status is check for the presence of a heartbeat. Therefore, it seems obvious to me that a detectable heartbeat signifies the presence of life.
Given the above, what else would a human fetus with a detectable heartbeat be other than a living human? I can't think of any logical way to deny that truth, which is why lefties ALWAYS resort to cowardice whenever asked the question in the opening post.
