He said nothing about eliminating Constitutional rights, just that he will make the streets of NYC safe for its citizens. A radical concept, right?

It happens at all levels, not just federal, not just local.........and i'm not talking about accidents, but serious criminal actions

why are so many more idiots going the obtuse direction? does NYC, currently, run a handgun licensing scheme in order to prevent most people from exercising rights to self defense?

Did the city of NY implement a policy that stopped people on the street and frisk them for weapons, despite having committed no crime?

I wasn’t wondering.

I posted that the new mayor wants to make the streets of NYC safe for its citizens.

He has not said that he would return to the stop and frisk policy which was banned.

Lose the straw-men.

The new mayor has not detailed his policing methods but I would assume that his officers will be told to arrest rioters and criminals and try to persuade prosecutors to actually prosecute.

so, without a detailed plan or method of policing, should they then overstep the constitutional rights of those citizens, even if it keeps them safe, are you going to criticize him?

The only loss of life during the mostly peaceful demonstrations at the Capitol was a young female AF veteran murdered by a Capitol officer, Mujer de Buho.
