Since you never explained "Earth's temperature", I will do the work for you.
There is no "Earth's temperature". Temperatures vary across the world, obviously. Local and global averages are calculated over days, weeks, months and years to get the general idea of variations across the world.
Denying the laws of thermodynamics is not 'knowing about thermodynamics', dude. You deny the laws of thermodynamics.
That's what he asked. Now I will ask him to watch how you evade the question.
Evasion. Answer the question put to you. It is not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth. No gas of vapor has the capability to warm the Earth.
Evasion. Base rate fallacy. You cannot measure a change without taking absolute measurements at least twice.
Complexity fallacy.
Void authority fallacy. Name your 'experts'. You cannot get away with denying mathematics by claiming 'experts'. 'Expert' worship.
Buzzword fallacy. There is no such thing as 'blackbody temperatures'. No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the Earth. You cannot create energy out of nothing.
No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the Earth.
You cannot measure a change without at least TWO absolute measurements. It is not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth.
It is not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth. You weren't alive in the distant past and no thermometers existed then.
Climate cannot change. It has no temperature. It doesn't impact anything. Redefinition fallacy (weather<->climate).
Did you know people routinely fly from tropical or temperate areas to the Antarctica and back? They seem to adjust quite well. Did you know that people like to climb mountains? They adjust quite well also. Did you know we have this thing called 'seasons'? People adjust to that throughout the year quite well. Did you know that temperature can vary as much as 80 deg F EACH DAY in some areas? People live in those areas too!
Base rate fallacy.
So many made-up fallacies! You should write a book.
Can I just say the give-away to your joke is your CONSTANT blathering on about Stefan-Boltzmann and then saying stupid things like "No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the earth". A weak attempt at comedy for those who actually understand the science, but it's getting grating that you think this is somehow "clever".
Can you break character for just a minute and talk like someone who's actually gotten at least some education and does something useful for a living?
Earth has a temperature. It is unknown. Base rate fallacy. Discard of statistical math.
All the time. My business manufactures instrumentation for industry, aerospace, medical and entertainment markets. They are sold worldwide. Yes...my business is organized as a corporation.
NO IT ISN'T!
I don't make up fallacies. You are discarding logic. A fallacy is an error in logic, just like a math error. These errors are YOURS dude.So many made-up fallacies! You should write a book.
So you discard the Stefan-Boltzmann law and the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics. I already knew this. It is just like everyone else in the Church of Global Warming. Can I just say the give-away to your joke is your CONSTANT blathering on about Stefan-Boltzmann and then saying stupid things like "No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the earth". Unlike you, I own and operate a successful business, manufacturing instrumentation. I am a chemist, scientist, and engineer. You rather have to be to be successful in this business. Can you break character for just a minute and talk like someone who's actually gotten at least some education and does something useful for a living?
You can measure temperatures at different locations and take an average. A basic knowledge of meteorology will help you to understand this.
Since I sell my instruments world wide, I clearly am 'fooling' a lot of people. People that are quite capable in their fields.Too bad you don't have any actual technical skill. And if you are not just Poe-ing here, you CLEARLY don't have a CLUE about statistics or data processing. Don't even TRY to fool people on that front.
Redefinition fallacy (deviation<->variance).Definition of Variance in statistics:
"Variance is a measure of how data points differ from the mean.
Redefinition fallacy.According to Layman, a variance is a measure of how far a set of data (numbers) are spread out from their mean (average) value."
It does not come out of the data. It has nothing to do with the data.As such it comes out of the data.
Yes it is. It MUST be declared and justified ahead of time. It is used to calculate the margin of error value. It isn't declared ahead of time.
So you discard statistical math too. I already knew this. That would be the most stupid thing imaginable.
Nope. It has nothing to do with deviation.LOL. It's essentially the square of the standard deviation.
The problem is that the same bunch now want to ban the replacements and that's going to drive the cost of air conditioners and heat pumps way up, along with likely making them less efficient (eg., consume more energy) because the replacement refrigerant, whatever it is, will be less efficient.

Of course, this is a blind forum. My credentials mean nothing here. What you are discarding are theories of science and statistical mathematics. You attempt to add terms that don't exist in the equations. You attempt to compare two different systems as if they are the same system. You don't even understand what a thermodynamic system is. You are ignorant about chemistry as well, as you completely disregard the energy of reaction, bonding energy, and Gibb's law and the work of Heitler and London.
You disregard even the temperature variations of even the seasons and even of the daily cycle. You even seem to assume that you can measure a change without taking absolute measurements.
All this because of your religion. It has made you illiterate. Your 'solution' by offering tyranny is no solution at all, and there is no problem to require a solution at all. Even your 'problem' is manufactured.
I can't change your religion. It is a fundamentalist style religion. I can warn others about it though.
Discard of statistical math.

It does not come out of the data. It has nothing to do with the data.
so you should be anti the replacements ban.
are you against all pollution regulation?
don't throw the baby out with the polluted bathwater.
the idea of 'free markets' always selecting for the good products is farcical, as evidenced by the goverment openly abusing it's citizen free speech rights on behalf of big pharma. is big pharma really the victim of an overarching government here?
or are they into it?
Define 'pollution'.
Omniscience fallacy. Irrelevance fallacy. You don't sell any instruments
There is no 'the statistics'. Void argument fallacy.or you aren't the one required to understand the statistics.
Statistical math is not knowledge.Sorry but your posts make a joke of any claim you might have for statistical knowledge.
Variance is not data and does not use data. Fixation on redefinition. Is that why the actual data is IN THE EQUATION for standard deviation and variance?
Define 'pollution'.
Free markets always exist. They are immortal. You can't kill them. See your local drug dealer for details.
Can't define 'pollution', eh? Try again.you know what pollution is.
Thank you.nice glittering generalities too.
Void question.do you believe that all regulations are unnecessary?
Free market succeeds all the time. It is immortal. You can't kill it. The presence of regulations and laws don't change that.do you sell the lie that "the free market" succeeds where regulations fail?
It is, however, still a free market.poison drugs just mean people won't buy them next time, free market rulez! <-- very dum
Can't define 'pollution', eh? Try again.
Thank you.
Void question.
