There are a few so-called Justices at SCOTUS who were seditiously put there among Moscow Mitch at co conspiring with tRump who lied during the Senate confirming hearings to work with tRump and Moscow Mitch to wage war on Democracy at serving its worse interests, and to which they have done. This with the exception at doing what they were told to do at voting to confirm President Biden's fair and lawful win as POTUS versus tRump's gutter act of attempting to manipulate SCOTUS to do otherwise, and as they might be crazy un-American but they would dare to be too crazy.
 
If the SC was 5-4 liberal, Soto would not say a word about the people fearing it was becoming political. Neither would gemi.

Elections have consequences...suck it up, Soto. Justices like you who never defend the Constitution have made the court political.

I live in Boston. It's a Western suburb of London, but the commute takes nearly six hours.
As for the SCOTUS, yes, I regard it as a regressive cluster fuck.

:laugh: I don't know who I was thinking of. You may regard the Supreme Court as a regressive cluster fuck, but that doesn't make it "a global laughing stock," which was your initial claim. Mind the gap. ;)

do you want the SCOTUS to make rulings based on the Constitution or do you want them to make rulings that protect society, whether it's Constitutional or not?
