I would have to agree. Walter appears to have some very troubling problems that go beyond weirdness.
Perhaps stress from running his "15" companies?

Its morning. Pretty sure he is scrubbing the toilets and mopping the floors at his local Burger King. I think he gets a short afternoon break when he's done cleaning the fryer. Maybe he will drop back in then?
