If schools that are predominantly black aren't decent, look at the clientele and see the problem. You don't. You want to blame it one anyone or anything other than the root cause.
Maybe the n*ggers should start spending more time trying to better themselves instead of making excuses about how someone else is the cause of the things they cause to themselves. If they spent half as much time trying to do better as they did trying to find someone to blame, this discussion wouldn't take place. When all you have is excuses, you don't have anything.
In the school district where I live, all but one of the high schools in the district has a new building completed within the past 5 - 6 years. EVERY student within each school regardless of race uses the same books, the same desks, has the same teachers, gets the same lessons, etc. The racial makeup of each of the schools is pretty much the same. In EVERY one of the schools, the blacks perform academically lower than any other group. The same amount of money per student in spent across the board.
