In the school district where I live, all but one of the high schools in the district has a new building completed within the past 5 - 6 years. EVERY student within each school regardless of race uses the same books, the same desks, has the same teachers, gets the same lessons, etc. The racial makeup of each of the schools is pretty much the same. In EVERY one of the schools, the blacks perform academically lower than any other group. The same amount of money per student in spent across the board.

They claim that the only poor people in America have always been blacks. They always sidetrack the great depression when millions of poor whites stood in soup lines and scores of white children abandoned by their parents roamed the railroads and backwater towns of this country literally starving and looking for something to eat.

There has always been more poor whites than blacks in this country. You just never hear them mention it but they know it. Make no mistake about that, they know it.
 
And by the way, I never heard of any blacks starving in America. Blacks were poor share croppers but they always had plenty to eat as they do now.

Hunger is the true barometer of poverty.
