several ways. family handed them over, illegally requested and others.
but lets not forget the volumes of ballots mailed that were not requested. they represent far more as they are the least difficult to use fraudulently.

Applications for ballots were mailed without being request, not actual ballots (unless the state uses mail-in ballots for all voters).
If a ballot is handed over by the family or illegally requested they have to match the signature/identification requirements. Many are thrown out for not meeting those requirements.
When you make up facts to support your conclusion, the chances that your conclusion is accurate is greatly reduced.

Georgia law required envelopes to be kept 22 months. They were not kept for 22 months.

What is the process for making the election right? Since it is impossible to audit (although I think Georgia already performed the audits) how would they know the correct results? There is no way to correct an election if the information is not available. Eliminating Georgia's electoral votes does not change the presidential election result.
without validating envelope signatures the so-called audit was, at best, incomplete and useless.
Georgia would have to decide the best course of action but minimally the elected officer should step down and in the event of national office, rescind electoral votes.
