With 82% of the vote counted, Keep wins again

GazzaQueen is banned and Mott said he isn't voting. Therefore 45/55 have bee tabulated. With 10 eligible votes left even if all 10 vote no, it can't catch Keep

there is one retard that wasn't on the list that voted keep which I elected to be nice to and not ban, but their vote can't be counted. Another retard that wasn't on the list voted neutral. 1 more yes vote needed for the lock.

we have 13 potential voters left (gazza won't be back in time). All 13 of those voters would have to vote no for no to win. so it's definitely over for all matters of practicality.

A couple observations

1) turnout was high
2) thread ban kicked ass. My guess is the retards Bucky and Desh drove many votes for
