@RB 60 attending Military Academy would be arguing with the Instructors as to why they teach that service members cannot follow unlawful orders.
RB would demand a specific example of an order, while arguing that would never happen because we are not nazi germany'.
The instructor, trying to cut thru RB's stupidity would tell him the example does not matter. The statement is a general one. 'NO ONE CAN FOLLOW ILLEGAL ORDERS AND THINK SAYING "JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS" WILL SAVE THEM FROM PROSECUTION".
RB being stupid would go back to insisting it would not happen despite us knowing it has happened numerous times in history such as Military people getting involved in the heroin trade coming out of Afghanistan and being transported to America for sale.
And yes, if a Commander orders you to participate or turn a blind eye and you follow that illegal order, you will be prosecuted. Yes each and every service member presented with that must refuse.
