Im sort of in agreement. I love a good well done Ribeye with a baked potato made on the grill as a side. I literally mix ketchup and Heinz 57 together "equal parts" before hand and let it chill in the fridge till the steaks are done. Mmmmmmmmmmm best of both worlds.

IDK, I only tried it once. I dont expect to do it again, I prefer mid rare to rare depending on how good the steaks are, but I did decide that well done prime with ketchup is \not a ruined steak as so many claim....it does have its charm.
