This thread like any thread with a right-winger shows how un-American, how unprincipled, how evil they are. They don't care at all about right and wrong, about the rule of law, about the American system. They're happy for someone utterly unqualified to be put into the position of protecting the American people from the powerful as the guardians of the constitution, if they are on 'team red' and will serve their masters.

During the 2016 election, I said that the two biggest permanent harms of trump would be to the Courts (furthering the radical right's legal agenda by the Supreme Court) and the environment (especially the climate, which we can't undo).

I think that's holding true, unless he starts a nuclear war. We badly needed to elect a Democrat over trump and we blew it. The Republicans in the Senate are shaming themselves confirming the terrible trump appointees.

Qualifications to be Trump judicial nominee:

1. Graduate law school
2. Publish a right-wing blog

Step 1 is optional. Only having the correct political views is a true qualification.
 
This can be undone. We can impeach him. We can expand the size of the courts and pack them with our nominees to undo the damage president Trump caused. We can declare him unqualified and imprison him for practicing law without having qualifications. We can declare revolutionary government and summarily dismiss every right wing judge in the nation. The options are limitless. Again, words are not going to protect you. Our only responsibility is to justice, not to words on a piece of paper that you abuse.
 
Finally, we can retroactively declare Trump to not have been president, and summarily reverse all of his actions, including appointments. Then these will all just be free judgeships for us to pack with real judges.

Yes, but I won't because it's not the point I was making - the point I was making is how the right-wingers here making it clear they don't CARE whether he's unqualified, actually preferring he's not.
