Trump Library

So, same as Obama then...

Obama is a great reader, and writer. He came to prominence through his writing. He actually wrote his own book. He edited the Harvard Law Review.

trump came to prominence through having a rich father. he certainly did not write his own book. his academic records are sparse, and almost certainly unimpressive. he was not even good enough to go to any law school, even with all his father's money.

He wants only 2 billion:laugh::laugh:

trump contractors on every level insuring the flow of cash to the trump family coffers

This is a far cry from the 200 mill he is already sitting on........

CHA CHING

Yes, I saw that. $2 billion is a fantasy number. There is no way trump needs that much, and if he is trying to get that much he is planning to steal money.

trump says that he is putting dan scavino in charge of his "library". scavino is trump's golf caddy, and one of the few people who is not desperately trying to get away from trump.

They (trump and scavino) realize that large donors will want nothing to do with trump. Their names would be made public, and trump is extremely toxic to reputations. But, they hope that small donors will pony up $2 billion.

To put that amount of money into reference, his campaign was only able to come up with $378 million from small donors. And that was when the small donor trump worshippers thought the future of the country was at stake. They will give less now.

He wants to be in charge of the cash & have it ran through the family sieve daily....

& they love to please him, makings of a great relationship till death or jail do they part.........

If it depends on books Trump had read, it will be a very , very small library. he does not read. Maybe a stripper pole would be a good addition.

Question... Will Trump's have books and papers in it unlike Obama's...?

Yes, copies of all the law suits filed against his companies, a list of all his failed business ventures, along with his bankruptcy papers (more than 2, if memory serves me), his prenups and divorce papers (2, I believe).

The Rump library will need audio books. Most of his supporters appear to be illiterate.

Yea, sure... He was President of the Harvard Law Review and singularly never published anything in it. That was a unique first for the President of the Review...

He had his books ghost written.

His Presidential reading lists were short in length, short on depth, and mostly popular tripe.

Here's his list for 2020

He's one of the shallowest pseudo-intellectuals on the US scene today.

What evidence do you have that Obama's books were ghost-written?

And the books on that list aren't "tripe." You fuckers don't even read books, so maybe you should pipe down on this topic, Billy Bob.

Will There Be a Trump Presidential Library? Don’t Count On It.

If you understand how presidential libraries are created, it’s hard to see how Trump ever gets it done.

For months, as the end of Donald Trump’s term approached, historians and journalists have been playing a speculation game: What will Donald Trump’s presidential library be like?

“A shrine to his ego,” predicted a historian in the Washington Post. Others imagine a theme park, or a “full MAGA” exercise in rebranding his presidency. One report said he’s trying to raise an astonishing $2 billion to build it.

Here’s another, more likely possibility: There won’t be one.

It’s not because he doesn’t read books (presidential libraries aren’t that kind of library), and not because his presidency ended in a shocking insurrection at the U.S. Capitol fanned by Trump himself, resulting in a second impeachment. Other presidents have stepped down in borderline disgrace—Richard Nixon resigned; Herbert Hoover lost in a landslide, blamed for the Great Depression—and still got their libraries.

Trump likely won’t even manage to build a private library, such as the one Nixon finally created for himself. Or the “center” for which Barack Obama has had great difficulty even breaking ground, which will lack a government presence, a research facility, or archives.

Presidential libraries are complicated. And if you understand how they work—and how Trump himself works—it’s nearly impossible to imagine him actually pulling it off. The consequences of this failure, for Trump and his supporters, will go beyond just a building: Without a library, a center or some kind of institute to shore up his reputation, his legacy as a president and his place in history are likely to fall even further out of his control.

How,? Trump has torn up the papers and prohibited his conversations with Putin and others from being transcribed. Trump has had the most secret admin in history. They have people assigned to taping Trump's paperwork together after fishing it out of the trash can.
In fact, books are fading away. They are replaced with online reading. Future libraries are in doubt anyway You can have Art if the Deal in boxes and sell them. Trump can make money off his ghost-written books.
He can have a showroom with the Apprentice running on a loop. Just pay an entrance fee.

Maybe they can build it as an annex to that Creationism museum. Guaranteed draw of dozens of the gullible daily!

The list looks to be mostly non-fiction and about current events, history, and politics. I'd have a hard time slogging through that. But not as hard as most of the Cult45ers. lol

Don't be a lying asshole. Obama was a constitutional professor and wrote several successful books. He was a Harvard grad and speaks very well. You are as usual being dishonest and a bigot.
Obama is going digital. The dinosaurs don’t get this.
