Trump's plane has been sitting for a long time. if he had the dough he would have fixed it by now. His businesses are not doing well.
I get donor requests from him and Junior every day. Trump said he was self-financing. So he does not need our money.

Yes, it makes sense to me that Trump would decide that he had no use for it other than to put it at his library, and there was no hurry to get it ready for that.

You are making excuses for him again. He needs that plane and it is not working. That does not tell you anything/ Not even poor planning, or he could not afford to fix it.

There's some kind of conflict going on over the manufacturing of Rolls Royce plane engines right now.

It is put in his pile of disasters with his casinos, bankruptcies and failing golf courses. He is a terrible businessman and a terrible person.
