Trump's 757 Grounded - Needs Expensive Repairs

Hello T. A. Gardner,

Well, he won't as long as he has an audience... Maybe you should ignore him like I do.

I will be glad to do that when the time comes but for now he remains an active sore part of US politics.

His M.O. is to make himself part of the active news cycle. He is convinced that the more his name is in the news, the more he is worth. He tries to either be the story or make himself part of previously unrelated stories.

All of this nonsense about The Big Lie and continued election recounts is all part of that. Nobody in the know thinks he will be reinstated, but his misinformed followers stuck in the Trump Bubble still think he will. As long as he can keep that going, they keep sending him money.

I never got it how people can be that stupid. He is impressive to them because he has a lot of money, so they want to send him money.

If he is so great because he has a lot of money then he doesn't need donations.

They should be sending their money to help people who are really in need if they wish to donate to good causes.

That's only because the MSM doesn't have anyone else they can so easily hate on. They can't hate on Biden and the Democrats, they're one of their own. So, they're stuck with Trump.

I didn't notice either until a JPP nutter created a thread on it recently.

So see it destroys your narrative about the "Left" constantly giving Trump attention. :awesome:

No, it doesn't. Without lots of press coverage, most of the press leaning Left to being on the Left, Trump would be irrelevant.

I know you don't believe what you are saying and you like to play game, but you are out of league. ;)

The right leaning press and people are what give Trump the most attention. They make Trump relevant. Trump makes himself relevant. It is how he makes millions. It's a con job.

Hello T. A. Gardner,

Yeah, they are a part of it but really, Trump is a master at getting free publicity. One of his beliefs is that negative press is better than no press.

So if negative stories are all he can get, he will totally go with them.

He knows there will always be spinners to convince his cult that they should believe his version of things.

The main thing for Trump is to be in the news.

He would be doing this even if he has no actual intent to run in 2024.

a billionaire can't replace a plane, do you ever listen to yourself? I did not mean to interrupt you talking to yourself in the mirror

trump does not have a lot of cash at hand, and planes are expensive. That means he could replace his plane with a new one, but it would require him sacrificing other things. That is the reason he originally bought a used plane, and tried to make it look new.

Hello Walt,

trump does not have a lot of cash at hand, and planes are expensive. That means he could replace his plane with a new one, but it would require him sacrificing other things. That is the reason he originally bought a used plane, and tried to make it look new.

757's are a common plane. Though they are no longer being manufactured, many airlines and delivery services are still using them.

It is becoming increasingly apparent that Trump bought this plane for one purpose and one purpose only. To campaign for president. He bought it in 2011. He didn't use it much until his campaign took off in 2015. Then he used it extensively during his campaign and also used it as a backdrop for some of his rallies.

The plane costs nearly $11,000 an hour to fly it. All of the people donating to his campaign paid for that.

Now that his rallies are no longer drawing so many people, and he has so many legal expenses, he can no longer afford to fly it.

He has been slumming around in a much smaller Cessna executive jet that doesn't even have standing headroom. He owns the plane, but didn't even put a snazzy paint job on it, nor his name. I don't think he wants to be seen in a little plane.

That sounds like a very expensive way to enforce immigration laws. Cowboys on horses herding the stray doggies back into the river seems more cost effective.

This one is more cost effective.
