A Florida creep who wanted to start an “incest family” with a woman and her two young daughters was sentenced to 10 years behind bars.

Aron Fink tearfully apologized in court and said he was happy police caught him before he could act on his sick impulses. The 44-year-old, who pleaded guilty, said he used the screen name “KinkyDaddy4y” to arrange his planned sexual rendezvous with a family of three.

"I have no excuses,” the Deerfield Beach man said, according to the Sun-Sentinel. “I do have a problem.”

Fink spent weeks exchanging online messages with an undercover cop who posed as a single mom of two girls, ages 8 and 10.

A mother and father have been charged in the death of their 1-year-old daughter after investigators found their house “was in deplorable conditions and unsuitable for children to be living in.”

Michael Wright, 32, and Andrea Dusha, 26, were charged today with homicide, endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment in the death of their 23-month-old daughter.

Ms. Dusha brought her daughter to Uniontown Hospital because the toddler became unresponsive while being fed, she told police, according to a criminal complaint. Ms. Dusha told police that her daughter was drinking a mix of water, Gatorade and Pedialyte from a sippie cup when the toddler’s eyes rolled into the back of her head, foam began coming out of her mouth and she stopped breathing.

She took her daughter to the hospital where the toddler was pronounced dead.

An autopsy conducted by forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht determined that malnutrition and dehydration caused the toddler’s death. Dr. Wecht said that the child weighed about 10 pounds when she died.

Owen Labrie, the former New Hampshire prep school student who was convicted of sexually assaulting a classmate, faces a hearing Friday to determine whether his bail will be revoked for allegedly missing his curfew several times, his lawyer confirmed to ABC News.

Labrie, 20, was found guilty of a felony charge of using a computer to lure an underage girl into a sexual encounter, as well as three misdemeanor sexual assault charges and one misdemeanor charge of child endangerment.

During the trial, Labrie was accused of raping a 15-year-old female student at New Hampshire's elite St. Paul's School.

Labrie was sentenced to a year in jail for those charges, but the judge has suspended the sentence while Labrie appeals the decision. Free on bail, Labrie is supposed to remain under curfew at the Tunbridge, Vermont, home of his mother between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.

But prosecutor Catherine Ruffew said in court papers Monday that Labrie has violated curfew at least eight times.

However, Labrie's Manchester, N.H.-based lawyer Jaye Rancourt disputes the allegations in an Objection to the Motion to Revoke Bail filed Thursday, which Rancourt provided to ABC News.

Rancourt argues that her client was meeting with his legal counsel and “pursuing educational endeavors” when he broke his court-mandated curfew. “In his attempt to make productive use of his time and at the same time maintain some degree of privacy, he violated this court’s order and for that he is sorry,” Rancourt wrote.

A judge has sentenced an Indianapolis man to life in prison without parole for his role in a house explosion that killed two people and destroyed or damaged more than 80 homes.

Bob Leonard was sentenced after being convicted of murder, arson and insurance fraud charges. Allen Superior Court Executive John McGauley says the life sentence came on the two murder counts.

Jurors convicted Leonard on all of the 51 counts he faced.

Surveillance video, witness testimony and DNA evidence proved he was involved in the plot with his half brother and others to use natural gas to blow up a house in Indianapolis for $300,000 in insurance.

His half brother, Mark, Leonard, was sentenced to two life sentences.

UPDATE:

A graduate of a New England prep school who was convicted of sexually assaulting a younger student was taken into custody Friday after acknowledging that he violated conditions of his bail agreement by missing curfew.

A judge in Merrimack County Superior Court said Owen Labrie would begin his one-year jail sentence immediately.

Labrie had been living with his mother in Tunbridge, Vermont, as he appealed his sentence and the requirement that he register as a sex offender. He was supposed to be home between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. each night, but a prosecutor said he violated it at least eight times.

In court papers, prosecutor Catherine Ruffle said that on or about Feb. 29, a journalist spoke with Labrie on a train in Cambridge, Massachusetts. That prompted an investigation into Labrie’s travels.

In court Friday, a lawyer for Labrie acknowledged that his client “tried, admittedly, to fly under the radar on three occasions.”

He said Labrie was sorry.

Labrie was arrested days after graduating from St. Paul’s School, an elite prep school in Concord.

Labrie was 18 at the time of the encounter in a near-deserted building on the St. Paul’s campus.

Prosecutors linked the assault to a competition at St. Paul’s known as the “Senior Salute” in which seniors seek to have sex with underclassmen.

A jury convicted Labrie of misdemeanor sex assault charges and a felony charge of using a computer to lure an underage student for sex. The computer charge carries the mandate to register as a sex offender for life.

An Illinois state lawmaker’s daughter has been charged in connection with a staple gun attack on one of her mother’s political rivals, police said Friday.

Jessica Soto and her boyfriend Bradley Fichter, both 26, of Chicago, were charged with three counts of aggravated battery in a March 6 attack on Robert Zwolinski, Reuters reported.

Zwolinski was defeated by state Rep. Cynthia Soto, D-Chicago, in a primary election for the state's 4th District Tuesday.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Jessica Soto and Fichter were stapling pro-Soto campaign flyers to a building when Zwolinski and his girlfriend drove by, got out of their car and approached them. An argument then ensued.

Cook Couny prosecutors said Fichter punched Zwolinski in the eye and Soto joined in the squabble. Soto then allegedly used the staple gun on Zwolinski's face. The politician suffered multiple injuries.

Frank Avila, the couple’s lawyer, accused Zwolinski of starting a fight with his clients and possibly putting a staple in his own head just for attention. He told Judge Maria Kuriakos Cecil that Zwolinksi is the one who should be facing charges.

"Taking down somebody's sign and ripping it down is destruction of property," Avila argued.

A Pennsylvania man mistakenly shot the mother of his intended victim — and then boasted falsely to his own mom that he was a hit man, authorities say.

Cortland Michalides broke into Theresa McDonald's Windber home at approximately 2 a.m. and shot her.

The 22-year-old Michalides meant to shoot McDonald's son Codi, who had dated a woman Michalides used to date, according to Windber police Chief Richard Skiles.

A central Pennsylvania family returned home from a trip to find a burglar living in their house, wearing their clothes and eating their food.

Intruder Zachary Jock, 21, also decided to rearrange the furniture in the Lancaster County home. He slept on the first floor of the house and moved around clothing that was in the drawers and the laundry room, the Lebanon Daily News reported.

Jock, who was living in the home for at least two days, threw two knives into the ceiling as well, causing approximately $1,000 worth of damage, according to the newspaper.

Pills, alcohol and cigarettes not belonging to the family were found. Jock had swiped $2,800 worth of items in a backpack that belonged to the family.

Adam Ward, 33, received a lethal injection for shooting and killing Michael Walker in Commerce, about 65 miles northeast of Dallas. Walker was a code enforcement officer who had been taking photos of junk piled outside the Ward family home.

Ward insisted the shooting was in self-defense, but the 44-year-old Walker only had a camera and a cellphone.

The execution came after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal that argued Ward's mental illness, including delusions, should have disqualified him from the death penalty.
