A Wisconsin man has been accused of waterboarding his girlfriend to force the woman to admit that she was cheating on him with another man.

The torture, detailed in a criminal complaint, was part of an alleged string of violent, abusive acts Dylan VanCamp exacted upon his onetime girlfriend throughout much of 2015, according to police.

A woman was arrested for shoving a 70-year-old man onto the track at the Union Square subway station, authorities said.

Sandra Zelazny, 32, started arguing with the old man before she pushed him onto the 6 train tracks, leaving him with cuts and bruises to his forehead and left side, police said.

The woman tried to get away by stepping onto another train but didn’t get far before cops nabbed her.

A Richmond man has pleaded guilty to sex trafficking of children and coercion and enticement of a minor.

Federal court records show 47-year-old Stephen Callis entered the plea Thursday in Richmond. He faces up to life in prison when he’s sentenced on June 2.

According to a statement of facts filed in the case, Callis admitted posing online as a 15-year-old girl named “Kayla.” Using that fictitious identity, the Kik messaging app, he recruited a juvenile into prostitution. He then used the “Kayla” persona to introduce the victim to “Mark,” another online alias he used.

The statement says Callis later paid the juvenile for sex at a hotel on several occasions.

In the latest sexual assault scandal to rock Baylor University, the president of one its fraternities now stands accused of raping a fellow student.

Jacob Anderson, 20, is charged with sexual assault in an attack that took place on Feb. 21 at the Phil Delta Theta fraternity house.

Anderson is a 2013 graduate of Garland's Naaman Forest High School. No one answered the door at the Garland home of his parents.

According to an arrest warrant, the victim accepted a drink of punch at a party held at the frat house.

“She became disoriented and felt very confused and was led by a person she met there at the party,” the records say.

Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton, a Waco police spokesman, says that Anderson led her to a secluded part of the yard where nobody was allowed. He said Anderson took her behind a barn area in the yard where he sexually assaulted her.

The victim, according to the warrant, told police that Anderson repeatedly sexually assaulted her until she lost consciousness.

Police said a man sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.

According to the Genoa Township Police Department, 26-year-old Brent R. Plummer has been indicted on multiple counts of rape and gross sexual imposition.

Maine State Police said Friday they have made an arrest in the 35-year-old unsolved murder of high school student Joyce McLain.

Philip Scott Fournier, 55, of East Millinocket, was charged with murder, police said. Fournier had been considered a person of interest in the murder for many years and was questioned several times after McLain’s death, WGME-TV reported.

Fournier, who was 19 at the time of the killing, was booked into Penobscot County Jail at 1 p.m.

McLain was 16 years old at the time of her death. She was last seen on the night of Aug. 8, 1980. Two days later, she was found in a clearing near Schenck High School.

But perhaps the clearest sign something was amiss was when Shauna Bennett’s 3-year-old daughter reportedly told cops: “I need a beer.”

Bennett, 42, is charged with abandoning and endangering her child after police found the little girl wandering her apartment complex, barefoot, dirty and with bed bug bites covering her body.

Authorities say a Nevada woman stabbed her dog to death to avoid paying veterinarian fees for the animal to be euthanized.

The Washoe County Sheriff's office said 30-year-old Laura Beth Hesse of Stead was arrested for the malicious torture, maiming or killing of an animal, as well as child neglect, driving under the influence and drug possession.

Reno police found Hesse's female Boxer in a dumpster with multiple stab wounds and blunt force head trauma.

Authorities said she was also found driving under the influence and had at the time of her arrest left at home a young child and methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Alexander Gailunas, 23, was arraigned in Hartford Monday and ordered to avoid all Walmarts in the state and remain at least 100 yards from any Girl Scout event or Girl Scout in uniform.

Gailunas was in his car near the entrance of the Walmart in Avon when witnesses spotted him allegedly pleasuring himself near five 10-year-old Girl Scouts selling cookies.

"Alexander stated he was not looking at the kids," police wrote in the report.
